Step 1: Put the wig cap on the mannequin head:

Place the wig cap on the mannequin head and secure it with some t-pins. Use white chalk to draw the v shape on the wig cap. The location and the size of the v shape cut depend on your preference.

Step 2: Sew in bundles to the wig cap:

Make a double knot under the wig cap at about 2-3 cm above the bottom of the wig cap and anchor your human hair bundles with the thread and needle. Straighten the track of the bundle around the wig cap, use a T-pin to secure the end of the track. Continue to sew in the first track, once it arrives at the end of the track, fold the bundle over and start to sew in the next track. The next row should start at 0.5-1cm above the previous row. Repat to sew in human hair bundles until it already arrives at the drawn v shape area. If you find that there is still some space blank near the drawn v shape cut and it can not be sewn in row by row, just ignore it temporarily and sew alone the v shape cut and then turn back to sew and fill the blank area.

Step 3: Cut off the drawn v shape area

Take the wig off and use scissors to cut off the drawn v shape area, remember to avoid cutting your hair bundles or the track.

Step 4: Sew in clips and combs:

Turn the wig cap inside out and sew in 3-5 clips along the edge of the v shape opening inside the wig cap. And then sew two combs on each side and one on the back of the bottom. Finally, sew in an adjustable strap on the bottom of the wig cap.

Step 5: Style your wig

A human hair v part wig allows you to perm, dye, and restyle to any hairstyles as you desired. You can simply pull all the hair back and make a low ponytail. Or you can choose to make a half buns and half down hairstyle as you like.
